A HEALTH DELIVERY SYSTEM A book by J. Jepson Wulff, Ph.D.

 This text book presents a design for a complete health delivery system at the level of a state. This design is not a new set of patches on what we have. The text book is a complete health system that is driven at the top by three target system outcomes:
• Superior health for all individual citizens
• Cost contained as the secondary measure of individual care
• Financial risk coverage for all citizens of the state
You will find that we can achieve these outcomes at a cost that is far less than the amount we spend today. The system described is complete: it fits together both Public Health and services for individual patients. You will develop understanding of the dynamics of a complete Health Delivery System.
