Middlesex College is located on 25 acres. The town of Middlesex
offers life on a human scale. The size and traditions of Vermont
enable every citizen to participate in community life, and in political
life. We are a town of 1,900 residents. Many of our citizens are
able to work at home; others work in nearby cities. Ours is not
a tourist town. Middlesex borders our state capital, Montpelier.
Middlesex College offers you a certificate program:• Health System Design

In brief, our Health System Design course:
* Health Delivery System design logic
* Create and document design for a system
* Our coure does not rquire the skills of a Primary Physician
* Does require student to come with hands-on familiarity with the operation of a Primary Physician Office, and ability to communicate with a Primary Physician.

* Background in health
* Registured nurse
* Physician
* Public Health worker/ administrator

This course is defined by a comprehensive statement of target learning
outcomes. Upon successful completion of the class, you will receive
a certificate of completion and a statement of what you have accomplished.
This should enable you to be credited with completion of the course
at an undergraduate, or graduate, school. Middlesex College will actively
support your request for credit, if necessary.

PATRICIA NEELY WASHINGTON is the founder of the new Middlesex College.
Neely’s college education began with an A.A. degree from Marjorie Webster Junior College for Women. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University, followed by a Master of Arts Degree from Goddard College. For 20 years she has edited and published The Middlesex Newspaper, a community newspaper for Middlesex,
VT.
JEPSON WULFF developed the course listed above. Dr. Wulff was a psychologist (PhD, Yale). His arena of work has been the design, development, and operation of client-centered systems such as health delivery, schooling, and human services. He is the author of the text; A Health Delivery System. He is the co-founder of a national program for the rehabilitation of persons
with severe head injuries.
